Some friends and I are putting the finishing touches on this 2 minute (Approx) introduction to what I hope to be a larger story called Begin: Transmission.
In short, Begin: Transmission is the beginning to a seemingly viral sort of telepathy.
With the ever changing advances in technology, information can now be transmitted by the push of a button and received in micro seconds.
Most technological advancements have been mimicked by our own anatomic counterparts.
Due to a mysterious electrical anomaly Mike (Dave Castro) discovers Tracy (Laura Beth-Hill) has been interrupted by eerie frequency that has rendered her mentally trapped in the Cloud.
Robert Earl Ray helped Direct. Aaron Cohen helped out with post audio.
We were lucky enough to get Ghost Lit Kingdom to allow us to use a song for the brief soundtrack!
The short should be up here and Youtube in a couple of weeks.
Killing with kindness
If you are reading this than you give something of a shit. For this I thank you. I never used to believe that a specific date on a calender deserves anymore review than the last. However, here I am typing.
There have been changes forming. I figure the best way to put them out is here.
Up until about a month ago I’ve been drawing, painting and writing like mad. My projects have been kept under wraps. Only because they have become a bit larger ideas than what I intended. Some are incomplete still. I need to complete things before announcing them. I have come to learn this. I have been learning a lot of new things. One of which is film. Hopefully as the finishing touches are made, my friends and I can show the progress in a couple of weeks.
I have also been taking digital coloring more serious. Artwork for the first issue of She That Kills The Dead is complete. In a couple of weeks I look forward to begin art on issue 2. Color is a must. Paying a colorist can be costly. Which is why I’m also taking this task on. As the comic continues I hope to find help. Getting over the first hurdle is always the toughest.
The new film project is also something very exciting for me. It’s called Begin: Transmission. My good friend Robert Earl Ray has helped out with a lot so far. It’s a concept regarding ESP and singularity theory. Some ideas of this have been shared here in a small prose story called Talk To Me.
There is still a long way to go. It will be a great honor and privilege to share these ideas with everyone.
Thanks again for reading.
