Rob at Rowdy Scallywags wanted to exercise some tools and shots, I figured to do a live art thing. We used my buddy Amer from Console Clone‘s track called “Video Dead”
Hope you dig it. Please comment if you do, or if you don’t.

I’m in hell. Not damnation, just hell like temperatures. 90 to 100 degrees where dwell daily. It’s hot ya’ll. It can be difficult to focus on art stuff. Since I am all about frowns upside down, then right side up thenupsidedowndownsideupupsidedown…ok I’m manic! None the less I try to make the best. I started thinking hell and high water and came up with water color exorcises! I wondered around town during high noon doodling in pockets of inspiration. With my trusty ball point pen I came up with some cool stuff. Brought them back to the inferno and began to water color them. The awesome thing was since is was soooooooo devilishly hot the colors dried and cured almost instantly.
Without further a due, I share:

Last weekend I was up to all kinds of shenanigans. During all my scramblings I managed to commit to some small paintings. I carried a few hand cut pieces of water color paper and a ball point pen. I drew little doodles, then brought them back to my studio where I finished them with water colors. I never really know what to do with these things once I finish them. I posted them on ebay for ten bucks, but no one gave a shit. To be honest I didn’t promote them too well, so I was paid fairly for the effort. Here what I squeezed out the synapse factory:
Moonface from Night Breed
Fishtank Zombie head
MIddle aged kid
The Beak Seeks The Weak
Bubble thoughts of Chicken Pox
Ah, The Drunks
I know, I know, a day late. To be honest I was drunk. Then a hangover followed.
I painted these guys a while ago. Never did anything with them. A lot of them got “lost”.
It doesn’t matter though. This image was worth all the prep, effort and loss.
Long Live The Drunks!!
A painting for a friend. I’m sure they were expecting something a bit more pleasant. Problem is I ran out of pleasant yesterday. All I have left is a facade
