"Brains" Last Night's Closing Drawing

Almost every night I create a closing drawing. A drawing before sleep. It’s something usually quick. Something to clear my mind from the day’s stress and obligations. Something just for me, and well I guess who ever is reading this. Why this image you ask? Well, apart of being a closing drawing is it’s a sort of lucid dream. I don’t really know. It’s just something in my head. You’re welcome to create your own context and meaning.

Some people enjoy stories being read or told before bed. In a way I’m similar. I draw before bed. I let my subconscious tell me stories. Most are not full on, beginning, middle and end. It’s more like scenes and images. The more I practice drawing the more clearer I’m learning to describe. This is one. I don’t know if it’s a dream, movie I watched or just a deep thought, but here it is. I call it the Tentacle Battle .
